Welcome to Future Chat ("the App"), operated by STARTIME TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Future Chat provides AI-powered fortune telling and destiny reading services, including but not limited to BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Tarot, Western Astrology, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Palmistry, and other divination methods. All readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment purposes only.
All fortune telling readings, predictions, and analyses provided by the App are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice for medical, financial, legal, or any other matters. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any readings. You should not make important life decisions based solely on the readings provided by this App.
You may use the App without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others.
The App offers in-app purchases including:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Heart packs are consumable purchases and are non-refundable once used. Refund requests for unused purchases should be directed to Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of STARTIME TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因您使用本應用而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害承擔責任。我們的總責任不超過您在索賠前 12 個月內向我們支付的金額。
我們保留隨時終止或暫停您對本應用的存取的權利，無需通知，如果我們認為您的行為違反了本條款或對其他用戶或我們有害。
我們可能會不時更新本條款。在變更後繼續使用本應用即表示接受新條款。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據其解釋，不考慮法律衝突條款。
